About our Chapter

The Upstate NY & Syracuse Area Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners is an anti-fraud organization that serves professionals, students, and the community of Syracuse as well as Central New York. The Upstate NY & Syracuse Area Chapter is #49 of 100+ national and international chapters of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Our mission is to provide high quality continuing professional education and networking opportunities as well as raise community awareness of fraud and the way that it can affect their businesses and their community.

The membership of our Chapter are distinguished members of the business community, many of which are Certified Fraud Examiners. We are proud to be the preeminent fraud prevention organization of Central New York.
